Job Requirements
- (For Academic Tutor) Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- (For Tech Education & Digital Arts Tutor) Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any STEM or relevant field.
- Required language(s): English
- Good interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with parents, teachers, and the management team
- The ability to think of creative ways to engage students
- No work experience is required as training provided
- Familiar with international syllabuses such as IGCSE, O/A-Level, IB, will be an added advantage
- Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. students are also encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities
- Prepares teaching materials and any additional materials for student’s learning
- Establishes liaison with the instructor and works under the instructor’s direction to assist the student
- Maintains records on each student who is being tutored, including follow-up and periodic assessment
- Provides evaluations and other reports as required by staff
- Helps students develop positive attitudes toward learning and studying and helps students develop a high level of motivation in academic areas
- Assists students in achieving a better understanding of specific subject material and in improving academic capabilities in designated areas
- Helps students develop the study skills necessary for academic success
- Analyze student test data
- Review and recommend textbooks and other educational materials
- Observe the work of teaching staff to evaluate performance, and recommend changes that could strengthen teaching skills
- Recommend teaching techniques and the use of different or new technologies
